Invitation to the Journey

Most hats are designed for a one-size-fits-most world that, frankly, doesn’t include a lot of us. Humanity as a whole is getting larger, while hats have stayed the same size. If they even fit on your head at all, they wind up being too shallow, the snaps dig into your forehead, and if you have long hair, forget it — the fit is a disaster. I’ve tried other brands, and while some come close, none of them have checked every box: fit, comfort, and elevated style.

So I decided to stop waiting and start building.

This isn’t just my hat. It’s our hat.

From the first sketch to the final stitch, we’re designing with real people in mind — people with big heads who have missed actually wearing hats. Your feedback will shape the fit, the materials, the depth, the crown shape, and even the way the hat sits with long hair. We’re doing this in drops so the community can vote, critique, and help us iterate. This is absolutely a community project. Your input isn’t a suggestion box item. It’s the blueprint.

A promise about quality and values

We’re aiming high: top-notch materials, thoughtful construction, and eventually, manufacturing in the U.S. by union workers. We want this to be something that supports and elevates the people who make it, as well as those who wear it.

If you’ve ever been the person who buys a hat, wears it once, and then watches it slowly migrate to the back of the closet like a tiny textile exile, this is not that hat. This is the hat that refuses to be ignored. It’s the hat that says, “Yes, I fit. Yes, I look good. No, I will not be shoved behind a stack of sweaters.”
