Order Processing

When you place a preorder, your card is charged immediately. Check out the hat’s product page for an estimated delivery window. As soon as your pre-ordered hat(s) are shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking information.

If you typo'd your shipping address or email, contact us immediately. We can’t guarantee anything, but we’ll absolutely do our best to fix the error before your order is shipped. Because we're a small operation running one batch at a time, we are unable to cancel orders and pre-orders once they’re placed.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Made Up Headwear offers complimentary Ground Shipping (5–8 business days) on every order. In a hurry? Select Express Shipping (1-2 business days) at checkout.

Pre-Orders

Each of our drops will open early for preorders. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking info the moment your order leaves our hands, and honestly, we'll probably be just as excited as you are.
